Our approach
Personalized precision medicine, practiced deliberately.
We begin with data — advanced biomarker panels, genomic testing where useful, imaging and functional assessment — then build a single coordinated plan rather than a stack of unrelated treatments.
Because our practice also serves as a training environment for clinicians, protocols are documented, standardized, and revisited as the literature changes. In 2026 that has meant tightening patient-selection criteria in several programs and retiring claims that newer trials no longer support.
We would rather tell you a treatment is unlikely to help than sell you a series. That conversation happens at consultation, in writing, before anything is scheduled.

In their words
All testimonials“They tested first and explained every number before recommending anything. Six months in, my energy and sleep are the best they've been in a decade — and I know exactly which changes moved which markers.”
“I came in expecting a sales pitch for an injection. Instead I got an honest conversation about what the evidence supported for my knee, what it didn't, and a rehab plan I could actually follow.”
“The standardized photos made the difference. I could see the change in my acne scarring across the series instead of guessing about it in the mirror.”

Questions we answer often
Is this content medical advice?+
No. Everything on this site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a physician–patient relationship, and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Always speak with a qualified clinician about your specific situation.
Do you endorse the devices or equipment used in your procedures?+
No. Descriptions of procedures, devices, technologies, or products anywhere on this site are informational only and are not endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees regarding any manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or provider of that equipment. Availability of a technology at our practice does not imply we have verified any manufacturer's marketing claims.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. Individual results vary based on anatomy, age, health status, adherence to the plan, and factors outside anyone's control. Testimonials and case descriptions reflect one person's experience and are not predictive of your outcome.
Are these treatments FDA-approved?+
It depends on the specific treatment and use. Some devices are FDA-cleared for particular indications; some biologic therapies are considered investigational for particular uses; some compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products at all. We will tell you the regulatory status of anything we recommend before you consent to it.
Does insurance cover these services?+
Most services in regenerative and aesthetic medicine are not covered by insurance and are paid out of pocket. We provide written pricing for a full course of care before treatment begins, and we do not require payment for a plan you have not agreed to.
What happens at a first consultation in 2026?+
A clinician reviews your history and goals, orders any needed testing, and outlines options with their evidence base, costs, alternatives, and realistic timelines. Consultations do not obligate you to a treatment, and we routinely tell patients when we are not the right fit.
How long before I see results?+
It varies by service. Collagen-based aesthetic work generally shows durable change between weeks four and twelve and continues remodeling for months. Functional wellness plans are typically reassessed with repeat labs at eight to twelve weeks. Pain protocols are evaluated on function, not sensation alone.
Do you offer provider training?+
Yes. Our practice also operates as a training environment for clinicians. Training inquiries are handled separately from patient scheduling — select the training option on the contact form.
