Genomic Testing

Genomic testing looks at inherited variants that influence how you metabolize medications, process certain nutrients, and respond to training and recovery. We use it as one input among many — never as a standalone diagnosis.

Results are reviewed in a dedicated visit so you understand what a variant does and does not predict. Where a finding changes a plan, we document the change; where it does not, we say so plainly.
